Pre-Apprenticeship Training
Candidates are trained prior to hire, in a rigorous instructor-led online setting to ensure they possess the essential high demanded IT skills required to make an immediate contribution.

Application Process
Complete Related Technical Instruction (classroom training for a specific occupation). Receive Bootcamp completion certificate.
In-person or virtual interview with HTA / employer partner
After the screening phase, HTA sends you the Registered IT Apprenticeship Programs' STANDARDS
Review HTA's Registered Apprenticeship Programs' STANDARDS
Selected eligible applicants will be registered into the RAPIDS system (USDOL)
Start paid on-job-training with employer partner
Receive National Apprenticeship Credential on successful completion of on-job-training
