This is the official form for eligible High School Students to PRE QUALIFY and verify eligibility to get approved for a FREE $5k scholarship from the State of Indiana CSA (does NOT need to be paid back) to enter into the Hope Training Academy Technology Apprenticeship program for 2025-2026 school year.
